Public Offer
This Public Offer is an official offer by LLC “Aleskeroff.ru” to enter into an agreement for AI visual generation, retouching and processing services through LOLO / Lolo.ai.
1. Provider
LLC “Aleskeroff.ru”, OGRN 1172651013512, INN/KPP 2632108517/263201001. Address: office 3, building 1, 6 Ermolova street, Pyatigorsk, Stavropol Krai, 357538, Russia.
2. Service and acceptance
The agreement is accepted when the customer pays for a credit package or otherwise starts using paid service features. Service descriptions, prices and credit amounts are published at loloai.pro.
3. Payment
- International plans are priced in USD unless another currency is shown at checkout.
- Payment is made as 100% prepayment through the payment provider available on the checkout page.
- Credits are added to the user account after successful payment confirmation.
- Full card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by LOLO.
4. Refunds
Refund requests may be sent to info@aleskeroff.ru. A refund may be provided if the service was not delivered due to our fault or if a technical defect prevents use of the result. If a result was delivered and is available for viewing or download, refunds are not provided except where required by law.
5. AI-specific terms
Generated results are probabilistic. The customer is responsible for checking results before publishing or commercial use and for ensuring that uploaded content does not violate third-party rights.
6. Liability and disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant services. The parties will try to resolve disputes by negotiation before going to court.
