2. Data we process
- Account identifiers from Telegram, Yandex or other enabled sign-in providers.
- Email, profile name and technical session data where available.
- Prompts, dish descriptions, uploaded images, references and selected processing settings.
- Generated, retouched or animated results stored in the user account.
- Payment metadata such as plan, amount, currency, status and transaction identifiers. Full card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by LOLO.
- Technical logs, IP address, browser data, language, cookies and device identifiers required for security and service operation.
3. Image processing
Uploaded images are processed only to provide generation, retouching, animation, storage and download features requested by the user.
- We do not identify people by face, compare faces with databases or use face recognition for identification.
- Images and prompts may be sent to connected AI providers, including Google Gemini and other infrastructure providers required to perform the request.
- If you upload images of third parties, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
4. Purposes
- Providing access to the service and processing user requests.
- Maintaining accounts, credits, payments and result history.
- Support, debugging, fraud prevention and security.
- Improving service quality and complying with applicable legal obligations.
5. Sharing
