Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of LOLO / Lolo.ai at loloai.pro. By using the service, signing in, uploading content, generating images or paying for credits, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Public Offer.
1. Service
LOLO provides AI tools for generating food images from text, retouching uploaded dish photos and animating finished images when the feature is available.
2. Account and access
- Some features require authentication through Telegram, Yandex or another enabled provider.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must keep access to your account secure and notify us about unauthorized access.
3. Credits and payments
Paid actions use credits. Unless stated otherwise, one credit corresponds to one generation, retouching or animation operation. International payment processing is configured separately from the Russian service and may use a different provider.
4. User content
You retain rights to content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit to technical and AI providers, display and use it only to provide the service.
5. Results
You may use generated, retouched and animated results for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable law and third-party provider rules. You are responsible for reviewing results before publication.
6. Prohibited use
- Illegal content, fraud, phishing, malware or attempts to bypass service limits.
- Sexual content involving minors or exploitation of children.
- Extremism, terrorism, hate, violence or instructions for weapons or illegal substances.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity or personal data rights.
- Unauthorized automated usage, scraping, attacks or infrastructure overload.
7. Generative AI limitations
AI results are probabilistic and may vary even with identical settings. We do not guarantee exact visual matches, absence of artifacts or uniqueness against existing works, brands or trademarks.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it stable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
